Where we deliver

Australia only. We do not ship overseas from this store. Luxury Bedding sells in other countries under the same brand, and if you are outside Australia one of those stores will be the right place rather than this one.

We deliver everywhere in Australia, including Sydney NSW, Melbourne VIC, Brisbane QLD, Perth WA, Adelaide SA, Gold Coast QLD, Canberra ACT, Newcastle NSW, Wollongong NSW, Hobart TAS, Darwin NT.

What delivery costs

Nothing. Standard delivery is free on every order, Australia-wide. There is no minimum spend and no coupon code to enter.

Every price on this site includes GST, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST are typically processed the same day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address being provided.

Packaging

Your set is carefully folded and packaged to prevent compression creasing in transit: packed in a sealed bag within a sturdy outer carton. We recommend unpacking and spreading your quilt cover for a few hours after receipt to let any transit creases relax.
