2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of your order. We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately; however, colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor and ambient lighting conditions — this is a characteristic of photographic reproduction and does not constitute a defect.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely by Stripe Inc. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability, and will refund any payment taken in full in such cases.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Cth). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
